From the moment we met Tony and his team we felt comfortable and positive that our first building experience would be nothing short of amazing. We started our build with Tony and the team in June 2024 and we moved in a week ago, November 2024. We love our new home and everything looks so beautiful and professionally done. The team at Williams Designer Homes have been amazing to work with in building our dream home. From the first day we met Tony we felt at ease and that Williams had our best interests at heart. Throughout the entire build process, the team was professional, communicated well and kept us regularly informed of progress and updates. We were especially impressed with the way Williams took the time and care to be flexible and make suggestions along the way that greatly improved functionality in some areas. Our site supervisor Mitch was excellent and made several suggestions like widening our shower because he wanted our bathroom to feel “better than a five star hotel”. Tony also made suggestions to improve the window heights after seeing the house in person. They didn’t need to do this, but it was this attention to detail that made the custom build experience great and made us feel like Williams was building not just a house, but our home. We couldn't be happier with our new home, it still feels like a dream that it's ours!! The WDH team did a brilliant job of bringing our dream to life, from the design process through to the build. We approached quite a few builders and WDH were the only one's that could meet our needs, and their price was comparable to (if not better) than several project builders. Everyone thought we were kidding ourselves when we said it'd be finished in 6-7 months - not only did they complete it on time as promised we've also had several comments on the quality of the workmanship. I honestly think anyone building a new home in the Newcastle / Hunter area would be crazy to build with anyone else! Less
